The London Regatta Centre has separate male and female changing rooms equipped with showers and sauna, and refundbale (£2) lockers. Use of the gym is not included but if you mention that you are part of Typhoon DBC then you will be entitled to a discounted monthly rate.
There is a Chinese restaurant, Yi-Ban, above the London Regatta Centre where we go to eat Dim Sum or dinner after training.
