The race course covers over 30km by way of canals and through the most beloved and picturesque parts of the Lagoon.

In 2007, over 1400 boats and 5000 competitors took part in this event. We will also have Pam, from the South Africa Dragon Boat Association, and three of her team mates paddling with us. I would like to say it will be a pleasure to have you on board.

To emulate the paddling achievement and charitable spirit of the Great River Race in 2007, Typhoon Tigers will once again be paddling to raise money for a charitable cause.
